L5 Specialist - DKOU-Feature "Elbow"

You're invited to participate in the BioSkills workshop at the DKOU Berlin. This is a modified Trauma Academy "L5 Specialist" course "Elbow" as special feature for DKOU 2018. Target group are up to 15 consultants with Elbow specialisation. Full day of Elbow fracture treatment divided in two hands-on cadlab sessions.

Each session begins with case planning in groups based on X-ray scans, CT-scans and 3D printed models of the fractures. Followed by the treatment of lifelike fractured specimen. And finally results are discussed based on 3D C-arm fluoroscopy on site:

• 09:30 - 13:00: treatment of Terrible Triad and Monteggia-Like fractures

• 14:00 - 17:30: treatment of distal Humerus AO13-C1/3.x fractures

Successful participants will be awarded with the TRAUMA ACADEMY Silver level certificate.
